Okay, I lied, no photos of nasty phlegm. Sorry if you came all this way to see them.
I have never had smokers cough while smoking so I guess it’s only fitting I get it now. The last few days I have been coughing up the nastiest junk. My throat is so raw. But at least the headaches are finally gone.
Man this is a short post, maybe I should add some photos.
Dec 10, 2008My 3 year old nephew gave me the advice that peppermint gum will take care of snot. Though I have not tried this myself he seemed to really believe what he was saying.

May 14, 2011I have read that to get rid of phlegm there is a need to quit smoking. If the phlegm is brown or grayish, it means that the person is smoking too much. It is a good thing there are no pictures of phlegm or something.

I used to smoke up to 3 packs a day. I smoked for 30 years. I went to a cold laser treament center to help me quit smoking. It cost $250
I thought as this weird guy was shining what amounted to a pen light on my knees and elbows that I was being ripped off.
I walked out of the office (more like a large closet) and walked downstairs when it was all over. I thought I would have a cig, but no. I didn’t really want one.
Honestly, I quit right then and there. Couldn’t believe it. I never even had a craving. It has been 3 years now.
Don’t ask me how it works…I just know that it did.
