Today has been really sucky and yucky, to say the least. It feels as though the veins in my brain are flowing with lava. My temper is on edge so I’ve decided to stay in my office as to not act on it with foolish words to my daughter.

I plan to take a walk here real soon for some fresh air. I have been chewing gum all day, something I’ve never really liked, but it seems to be helping take the edge off a bit.

Today I am just doing everything I can thank of to keep my mind busy with other things.
