First the bad news; I failed again. I’m back to smoking. I am very unhappy with myself for this. It’s not the first time I tried and failed. I plan to try again in a few weeks with one or two small changes. gum, patch,…
Well we have had a good day. The whole family was home, including Peter with his grassy null hair cut… Not sure what that’s all about. I guess it’s a sign to my age that I don’t understand the strange behavior of my son.
I have some photos to upload to flickr, they should be on the site shortly.
I have spent more than a few hours this week no MyBlogLog, meeting all kinds of new friends while promoting my blogs.
If anyone has any tips to share about this stop smoking problem I would love the feed back.

Get yourself over to amazon.com and search for a book by Allen Carr called ‘Easy way to stop smoking’. It is a very good book and has helped millions of people to stop smoking, me included. You have nothing to loose but I highly recommend it, until you are educated on how smoking and the nicotine addiction really works, trying to stop smoking is like banging your head against a brick wall.
